Sehr geehrter Benutzer des Portals Convert-Control, Sie haben sich für die Nutzung der Fernüberwachung Ihrer PV-Anlage entschieden. Der System-Administrator wird Ihnen nach Ihrer Registrierung einen Benutzerzugang einrichten und Ihnen Ihre Zugangsdaten via e-mail übermitteln. Über diesen Benutzerzugang können Sie dann unter "Neue Anlage hinzufügen" die Basisdaten Ihrer Anlage selbst im Portal eingeben. Anschließend wird Ihre Anlage von uns freigeschaltet. Nach der Freigabe durch den Administrator ist es erforderlich, dass auch die elektrische Verschaltung im System hinterlegt wird. Erst damit können die Erträge in richtig skalierten Diagrammen angezeigt und Ihre Anlage auch leistungsmäßig richtig geführt werden. Das können und müssen Sie im Portal selbst tun, denn nur Sie oder Ihr Installateur weiß, wie viele Module an welchen Wechselrichtern angeschlossen sind. Bitte nutzen Sie dazu Ihren persönlichen Portalzugang mit Benutzername und Passwort. Sie werden unter dem Menüpunkt "Wechselrichter-->Verschaltung" geführt.
